Due to the intimate nature of our waist trainers and shapewear, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution if eligible.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
